To clarify, you can receive a refund if you forgot to unsubscribe. If you reach out to us (read the info in the question 'Can I easily unsubscribe') within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund. However, due to the fact that you will receive the discounts and codes that are active within that timeframe, a refund will not be possible for your first transaction. It must be at least your 2nd transaction with us and you would need to reach out within 48 hours of being charged. The reason is the subscription cost is shared between some of the companies involved, passed a certain time we would no longer hold the entire funds. We hope you will understand!
